No Parking, a gay club in Washington Heights, holds a once a month open mic night with poetry, music, and dancing presented by Gay & Lesbian Dominican Empowerment (GALDE). The event was feautured in this weeks Time Out New York. Bohemian Night is held on the last Wednesday of the month. Bohemian Night MC Yoseli Castillo founded the event three years ago as an outlet for queer Latino/a artists. The event draws a predominantly Dominican and Puerto Rican crowd. The next Bohemian Night is Wednesday, July 30th from 7pm–10pm at No Parking.No Parking
